# The new EEX Gas SPOT is coming. We're already connected.

 EEX is replacing its Gas SPOT platform with M7G. The Exchange Council has approved it, and testing is open for ISVs and trading houses. **e\*star is one of three ISVs in system integration testing with EEX**, working with the pre-release environment from the start. M7G is still in early testing and functionality is being built out — on the exchange side and on ours. That is exactly why getting in now matters: you shape your workflows while the stakes are still zero.
